Pricing questions
What counts as a "product"?
One product is one isolated backend: its own database, app hostname and admin hostname. Archive a product you no longer need and the slot is free again.
Do you take a cut of what I charge my users?
No. The billing kit inside each product connects to your Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard fees; XCORE takes nothing.
What happens if I hit a limit?
API calls beyond your plan's rate limit receive a typed
429 with a retry hint — nothing is dropped silently. Product, seat and storage limits are enforced at creation time with a clear message, and upgrading lifts them immediately.Can I change plans later?
Yes — from the Billing page in the console. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period, as long as you are within the new plan's limits.
